55a1f1d746 Implement more flexible OMIT. We can do things like: 
OMIT May       - equivalent to "OMIT May 1" ... "OMIT May 31"
    OMIT Nov 20 THROUGH Dec 4
    OMIT Apr THROUGH May
    OMIT 2023-12-25 THROUGH 2024-01-06
