abcc96a46d Made TkRemind not ask for confirmation when quitting, although it's 
configurable.  Cleaned up the error report when Remind complains about
a bad date specification.

df76df7416 REM Mon 31 Feb would hang up, and REM Mon 31 Feb 1996 would fail 
silently.  Both now issue an error.
