+ MINOR ENHANCEMENTS
- build.tk tries to set defaults for location, paper size, etc from an
existing "remind" installation if it detects one.
- In queue mode, wake up once a minute and recalibrate sleep time.
This should make Remind work better on laptops that suspend or
hibernate.

- Silence gcc warning on Ubuntu 7.04
